Wayman and Robert Sinkler appear on the 1740 list of tithers of Prince William Co. VA. Wayman married the daughter of Richard Shirley and his wife, Mary Graham of Fairfax Co. VA 1749-1753. By 1760 Wayman is preparing to remarry. He makes a detailed marriage contract. In 1762 he states his youngest child is 8 years old. Waymans will was proved July 13, 1762 and on the same day the court ordered that the executors of Wayman Sinkler, dec'd, to deliver Wayman's children to Mary Shirley, their grandmother, who engages to maintain and bring them up without any burden to their estate. According to family researchers, Mary Shirley is last listed in the tax records of Loudoun Co. VA in 1763.

Alexander appear in Bedford Co. VA by 1776 thru 1803. Isaac lived Bedford Co. VA and his son Isaac Jr. moved to Spartanburg SC. Isaac Sinclair sold 300 acres on Pacelot River in SC. In 1810 Isaac Sr. & Jr. in Wayne Co. KY. Isaac Jr. moved to Putnam Co. Indiana about 1822. Robert, Mary, George, Wayman, Jr., m. Mary Watts, appear in Bedford Co. VA by 1776 thru 1803. Eliz. 1754 (presumed the youngest...8 years old in 1762).
