Matthew Shirley born Feb 26, 1850 PA, d. Feb 24, 1933 m. Rachel Elizabeth Crooks born Dec 16, 1847 d. Mar 14, 1926. They are both buried Long Run Cemetery in North Huntington, PA.
They resided in Crabtree, Harrison City and Stewartsville, Armstrong Co. PA . Matthew was a farmer and handled horses for coal mines.
