		Seattle Washington Trip of 2001 By Betty Shirley   In 2001, I visited the Seattle Washington area and stayed with Kay Shirley. We contacted a few Shirley descendants in the area and invited them to Kay's home for an informal gathering. We talked about our Shirley ancestors of course. This also gave me a chance to renew acquaintances with several I had met before. My thanks to Kay for being a gracious hostess. She ordered in food and we had a blast chatting with one another.  I will post some photo's of the gathering below.     Euretta Shirley, Avalon Morris (Standing) and Pat Green    Melody West (dau of Avalon Morris) Gary Shirley and Dale Shirley (Melody from branch #10, Gary from branch #53 and Dale from branch #51)    Gary is the brother of Kay.
