my son Nicholas Sherley for his natural life sum
of L4 annually. Also pay out to my daughter Alice Smith
during term of natural life L10 paid quarterly, after my decease
and decease of my daughter Alice Smith I give the said annuity
of L10 to her children. To daughter Alice Smith L100 paid
out of messuages. To daughter Alice Smith all household linen
wearing apparrell. All other household items to be divided between
2 sons Thomas and Nicholas Sherley and daughter Alice Smith.

garden etc being in Tonbridge etc unto my dear and only brother
Thomas Sherley. I also give to Elizabeth Tomkin of Tonbridge
now sojourning with me L30 and also my wives (wife's?) wearing
apparell of every sort. Residue I beeath to my said brother Thomas
